Project Summary
At Synapse Summit 2025, I designed and deployed a suite of immersive activations using both virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). The goal was to create engaging, on-brand interactive content that could capture attention across the conference floor while offering multiple entry points for attendees to explore emerging technology.

Challenge: Create highly engaging, accessible, and on-brand interactive experiences for a large-scale conference environment, while ensuring the content is easy to access and relevant across a wide range of touchpoints.
Solution: A multi-platform approach combining a custom VR demo and image-based AR activations tied to event branding, transforming both the physical venue and printed materials into interactive digital entry points.

Execution
The VR experience featured a navigable 3D recreation of Raymond James Stadium, built using Google Earth data and optimized for real-time interaction. Attendees could explore a digital twin of the event location, creating a strong connection between the physical and virtual environments.
In parallel, I developed an image-based AR system that turned the Synapse Summit logo into an interactive trigger. This allowed AR experiences to be accessed across the entire event, on banners, posters, printed materials, and even attendee lanyards, effectively transforming the conference itself into a distributed AR activation.

Impact
• Multi-platform activation combining AR and VR experiences
• Custom VR environment based on real-world 3D geospatial data of the stadium
• Image-based AR system transforming event branding into interactive triggers
• AR accessible across lanyards, signage, printed materials, and environmental graphics
• High traffic at the VR demo booth with continuous engagement throughout the event
• Expanded reach beyond the booth through distributed AR interactions across the venue
• Demonstrated scalable strategy for integrating immersive media into conferences and trade shows
